Refund policy

Delivery

Items will be shipped out within 2-3 working days unless its a large print. These are ordered and can take up to 10 days.  Delivery times will depend on chosen shipping profile.  Royal Mail first class should arrive within 1-2 days of shipping and 2nd class should arrive within 4-5 days of shipping.  

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase please can you contact me within days of receipt.

A refund/exchange will only be offered once I have received the return item in its original packaging, excluding the cost of postage.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at bridget@bridgetwilkinson.co.uk and send your item to: Flat 2, 21 Crescent Avenue, Whitby, YO21 3ED, United Kingdom.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Flat 2, 21 Crescent Avenue, Whitby, YO21 3ED, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and if we dont recieve it we cannot give a refund.
